Extracts and Finished Products

EU-GMP Pharmaceutical-grade extracts, customized formulations and capsules to meet diverse medical requirements.

Background

Cannabis oral solutions are precisely formulated liquid preparations designed for oral consumption, offering an alternative to smoking or vaping while ensuring accurate dosing. These solutions contain cannabinoids such as THC and CBD, or a combination of both, dissolved in a carrier oil or liquid, tailored to meet diverse patient needs.

All input material is carefully cultivated at our facility in La Mesa, Colombia, under the strict EU-GACP framework, ensuring high-quality raw materials. We then collaborate with our EU-GMP manufacturing partners to produce premium oral solutions, including oils with formulations such as 10:10, 25:1, and others, as well as soft gels.

Following strict pharmaceutical guidelines, we leverage a proprietary combination of cannabinoids, terpenes, and other active compounds to deliver enhanced efficacy and targeted relief for specific medical conditions. Our commitment to quality ensures every product meets the highest standards, providing patients with safe and effective options for their medical care.

Production Facilities

Allied Corp’s wholly owned subsidiary “Allied Colombia S.A.S” is a licensed producer (LP) of cannabis for medical, research and industrial applications located at the heart of Mesa de Los Santos in Colombia.

With a 12/12 natural light cycle, low temperature variation and optimal humidity year-round, Mesa is one of the few areas in Colombia offering the ideal micro-climate to grow quality cannabis year-round. Combining the local natural environment, our 28 years of cannabis cultivation expertise notably in BC, Canada and our Pharma background, Allied strives to offer high-quality cannabis, consistently and at attractive prices to global markets.

Cultivation Approach

We operate a rolling monthly harvest within our 1 hectare of greenhouses. After approximately 14 days of cloning, clones are transferred to an intermediate phase of vegetative growth for approximately 4-6 weeks in a vegetative greenhouse with supplemental lighting. From there, the plants are transferred to our flowering greenhouse where they are monitored for trichome development and are harvested after approximately 8 weeks. Each plant is hand pruned once per week to ensure consistency and optimise the expression of our primo flora. We cultivate using a custom-built soil in pots and fertigate with technical grade single source nutrients. We created our own ICA approved cannabis nutrient line and soil medium to fill a gap perceived in the Colombian market for cannabis specific nutrient products.

Our plants are hang dried and cured in a sealed room for 10-14 days at 60/60 temperature and humidity. Buds are then hand bucked, sorted and separated with primo flora going direct to hand trim while secondary and popcorn bud receive a Mobius machine trim. All product is then vacuum sealed and stored awaiting shipment in a temperature and humidity-controlled environment.
